Terms & Conditions

This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Ollyollyandco.com and is applicable to UK and European based customers only.  Olly Olly & co reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Please note, these Conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to check these Conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes. If you do not agree with the Conditions set out below, you should not use or access this website. Your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Conditions.

This policy is applicable only to online customers and does not extend to customers who have purchased from an Olly Olly & co Stockist. Items purchased from an Olly Olly & co Stockist are bound under that retailer's Returns and Exchanges Policy. Olly Olly & co cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of the Olly Olly & co website.

As soon as you've placed an order you will receive an order notification via email, letting you know we have received your order.

When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours.

Postage Charges

All orders will incur a shipping charge of £5 within the UK, £15 to mainland Europe and £25 for rest of the world. These charges are non-refundable when an order cancellation occurs after your activewear has been shipped.

Delivery Locations

Olly Olly & co delivers only to the UK and mainland Europe and the rest of the world.

Delivery Timeframes

Olly Olly & co uses carbon neutral delivery shipping. We aim to have your activewear delivered to you within 4-6 working days from time of order. Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot.

Once an order has been dispatched, Olly Olly & co is unable to amend delivery location or redirect your order.


Olly Olly & co places customer satisfaction as one of our highest priorities. We have spent a long time creating premium activewear for our customers. We are confident you will feel the high quality and craftsmanship in every single item.

We are currently unable to accept refund requests on our first collection of activewear. Due to the high production costs and values under which the activewear has been developed, once the activewear has been despatched the item becomes non-returnable unless faulty or sent incorrectly.

Every single item we create is made in a small factory in Portugal. We are a slow fashion brand meaning we make small runs of limited designs and as a result we do not have extra stock available for exchanges. In the future we will endeavour to provide this service.


Faulty Goods

We hope that you will never experience a damaged or faulty item as every piece is hand checked and lovingly packaged before being delivered to you. However if you feel there is a manufacturing fault or you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately via email at hello@ollyollyandco.com so that we can personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.   

Olly Olly & co will reimburse you for the postage of your returned parcel if your activewear is faulty or has been packed incorrectly.  

Once the parcel is received by Olly Olly & co, your refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.


Accuracy of Information on the Site

We do our best to ensure that information on the Site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the Site. 

The inclusion of any products or services on the Site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
